有道是民以食为天,而你可知食之天道?经过精心筹备,我们有幸邀请到了袁杰和宫燕文两位资深专业讲师,为长者们量身定制了一系列健康美食讲座。话不多说,先来一睹讲师们的资历。
袁杰简介:
原天津中医大学中医系研究生毕业,留校任教1995 年移民北美,后定居多伦多,行医至今2002 年获得加拿大食品营养管理学会会员资格2004年考取安省注冊中医师及针灸师执照
2006年至今,在密市颐康护理中心,担任膳食部经理,负责计划并实施每周的营养配餐
特长:在中医理论指导下利用食物的特性来调节身体的健康功能
宫燕文简介:
本科就读于中国农业大学(原北京农业大学)园艺系,果树专业;后就读本校食品系,获得硕士学位。
1988-1993在中国人民大学商品学系任教
1993 年去美国马里兰大学,攻读采后生理博士学位。1981 年进入北京,开始收集食疗的资料。爱好:喜欢做饭,领着老人孩子们一起做饭
食疗使用的都是我们日常生活中常见的食物,以准确搭配及精心制作而发挥其天然功效;日积月累,协助人体激发自我痊愈的能力,从而获得由内而外的自然健康。本系列讲座以食疗为主线,从中医理念和营养理论入手,辅以烹饪技巧,分春,夏,秋,冬四个季节由浅入深加强学员们对健康饮食的认识与实践运用。

Do you know what food is for you? After careful preparation, we had the honor to invite two senior professional lecturers, Yuan Jie and Gong Yanwen, to tailor a series of health food lectures for the elderly. First, let’s take a look at the qualifications of the lecturers.
Introduction of Yuan Jie
Graduated from Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and taught in Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Immigrated to North America in 1995 and settled in Toronto, where he has been practicing since 2002. Since 2002, he has been a member of the Canadian Society of Food and Nutrition Management. In 2004, he obtained his license as a registered Chinese medicine practitioner and acupuncturist in Ontario.
Since 2006, I have been working as the Dietary Manager in Mystic Health Care Center, responsible for planning and implementing the weekly nutritional meals.
Specialty: Using the characteristics of food to regulate the health function of the body under the guidance of Chinese medicine theory
Introduction of Gong Yanwen
Graduated from Horticulture Department of China Agricultural University (formerly Beijing Agricultural University), majoring in fruit trees; After studying in the school food department, obtained the master’s degree.
1988-1993 Professor, Department of Product Science, Renmin University of China
In 1993, he went to the University of Maryland to study for a doctorate in postharvest physiology. In 1981, he entered Beijing and began to collect data on dietary therapy. Hobbies: like to cook, led the elderly children to cook together
Food therapy uses foods that are common in our daily lives, which are accurately matched and carefully prepared to play their natural effects; Over time, it helps the human body to stimulate its ability to heal itself, thus achieving natural health from the inside out. This series of lectures focuses on diet therapy, starting with the concepts of traditional Chinese medicine and nutrition theory, supplemented by cooking skills. The four seasons of spring, summer, autumn and winter are divided from shallow to deep to strengthen the students’ understanding and practice of healthy eating.
