家和美长者联谊会参加安省议员多元文化活动演出

On June 28, 2025, the Jiahemay Senior Association was invited by Ontario MPP Sheref Sabawy to perform at a multicultural community event held at Erin Meadows Community Centre in Mississauga.

The association presented two performances: the fan dance Apple Crates and the ethnic dance The Suo Ma Flower, showcasing traditional Chinese arts and the vibrant, active spirit of seniors. The performances drew enthusiastic applause from a diverse audience, and several community organizations expressed interest in future collaborations on the spot.
This event fostered cultural exchange and mutual understanding among different communities, and highlighted the important role seniors play in building an inclusive, diverse, and engaged society.

家和美长者协会参加安省议员多元文化活动演出

2025年6月28日，家和美长者协会应安省议员 Sheref Sabawy 邀请，前往 Mississauga 的 Erin Meadows Community Centre，参加多元文化社区活动演出。

协会表演了模舞《苹果香》和民族舞《索玛花》，展示了中华传统艺术和长者健康积极的风貌。演出吸引了不同族裔观众关注，掌声热烈，并有社区组织现场提出合作邀请。

此次活动促进了文化交流与族群理解，也体现了长者在构建包容、多元、活跃社区中的积极作用。
